About Me:
I was under psychotropic drugs from the UK NHS for over 30 years, and after finding out about and starting orthomolecular megavitamin therapy in mid 2007, was able to dispense with psychotropics in April 2009, much to the surprise of my NHS psychiatrist. My orthomolecular therapist is an unqualified but gifted self-taught enthusiast who has learned a lot from the books of Dr Abram Hoffer. I take at least 12000 mgs of C daily, 3000 mgs of B3 as niacinamide, 4000 iu of D, some B12, some Fish Oil, and some Iron Citrate for Restless Legs Syndrome, which kicked in when I stopped taking psychotropics. I was a civil servant in a central government department for 30 years, and live in Kidlington, just north of Oxford, England.
Interests:
I have been a Baha'i for 35 years, and am interested in sci-fi, history, all religions, psychology, and natural health, travel everywhere by bicycle, and my favorite comedians are Eddie Izard, The Mighty Boosh, Bill Bailey, Dylan Moran, Bill Hicks, and Omid Djalili. I have travelled to the US, Trinidad and Tobago, Poland, Israel, Cyprus, Germany, France, Andorra, The Czech Republic, and Switzerland.
